Who we are

MGM Capital is a real estate investment company owned and run by Antonia. We buy houses directly from homeowners across North Jersey, pay for them in cash, renovate them, and sell them as updated homes. In the industry that’s called fix-and-flip investing. For the people we buy from, it simply means there’s a buyer who is glad to take on a house that needs work.

We work from an office at 7517 Broadway in North Bergen, and we keep our focus close to home. Buying locally means we know the housing stock here: the two-family houses, the older homes with original systems, the properties that have been in one family for decades. It also means that when you call, you’re talking to the business that will actually buy your house.

How we approach every sale

Selling a house is usually tied to something bigger: a death in the family, a financial squeeze, a divorce, a new job somewhere else. We keep that in mind. Our job is to give you a clear, honest offer and a process with no surprises, then let you decide what’s right for you without pressure.

That starts with transparency. When we make an offer, we explain how we reached it: what we see the house needing, and what similar renovated homes nearby sell for. There are no commissions to deduct and no fees added on. Anything that has to be paid off at closing, like a mortgage or back taxes, is itemized on the settlement statement you review before signing.

And we buy houses as they are. Renovation is what we do after we buy, so you don’t need to repair, clean, or empty anything first. Take what matters to you and leave the rest.

Who we serve

We work with homeowners, heirs and executors, landlords, and anyone else who needs to sell a house in North Jersey and would rather not go through a traditional listing. Some of our sellers need to close quickly; others need several months. Either way, you pick the date.
