How you opt in

You can opt in to text messages from MGM Capital through the contact form on our Contact page. The form has two separate checkboxes, one for each type of message:

  • Customer care text messages (optional): replies to your inquiry, scheduling your property walkthrough, updates on your cash offer, and closing coordination.
  • Marketing text messages (optional): follow-ups about selling your property and news about MGM Capital's home-buying programs.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and both are optional. They are independent of each other: ticking one does not opt you in to the other. You can submit the contact form without ticking either box, and we will still respond to your inquiry by phone or email.

By opting in to receive text messages from MGM Capital, you agree to the following terms:

  • If you opted in to customer care text messages, you may receive recurring transactional messages related to replies to your inquiry, scheduling your property walkthrough, updates on your cash offer, and closing coordination.
  • If you opted in to marketing text messages, you may receive recurring marketing messages related to follow-ups about selling your property and news about MGM Capital's home-buying programs.
  • You will only receive messages in a category you opted in to.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
